TheSAP Functional Analyst Order to Cash and Logisticswill be responsible for configuration implementation and support of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Logistics (LO Module) and Global Trade Services (GTS) within the companys multi-system landscape and will need to possess a detailed understanding of all aspects of SAP SD/LE/GTS Logistics including order entry shipping deliveries global trade.This is a US ONLY Remote or Mobile Role.
Your Day to Day:
- Coordinate all change requests for the SD/LE/GTS processes. Work with the functional teams internal and external to help prioritize all change requests and to identity tester(s) for each request.
- Participate in workshops to explore define and document requirements with global business representatives. Write blueprints business process flows requirement documents key decision documents and functional specifications for new/changed requirements.
- Investigate analyze and effectively communicate requirements of business processes in order to contribute to functional knowledge required for systems development and problem resolution.
- Contribute to solutions and configure applications to support business needs and creates queries to support ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Perform configuration unit testing and integration testing of all enhancements and changes.
- Develop training materials and deliver training.
- Works directly with the business users to resolve system issues and optimize utilization of the system. Provides level 2 help desk support as needed.
- Provide backup and supplemental support for other SAP modules as needed.
- Advise on optimal processes based on past experiences and best practices.
- Maintain solution documentation in Solution Manager.
- Perform and coordinate functional and security testing using Quality Center.
- Assist with cutover plans and go-live preparations.
- Evaluate new functionality in future releases and determine impact on existing functionality.
- Understand security and associated roles including export control as applicable to the solution.
- Liaison with development and security personnel to implement enhancements and corrections.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Equivalent Work Experience
- 2years of SAP experience with SAP Sales & Distribution Logistics and Global Trade Services
- Hands-on configuration and user experience in SAP Sales & Distribution Logistics and Global Trade Services.
- Experience in writing detailed functional specifications for both configuration and development requests.
- Experience with delivery processing (Pick Pack PGI) inventory and warehousing processes are required. Ability to set up processes surrounding movement and transfers replenishment put-a-way shipping packing and handling unit management are required.
- Knowledge of SAP security roles as it pertains to OTC processes.
- Experience with Resource Related Billing is a plus.
- Experience with Customer Service (warranties and repairs) is a plus.
- Experience with export regulations such as ITAR EAR and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty is a plus.
- Experience in the nuclear or controlled material industry is a plus.
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues is a plus.
- Experience with SAP development procedures and processes (change control job scheduling development methodologies system landscape application development and back-up and recovery etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus.
