Summary: We are seeking an experiencedCommercial Settlement Coordinatorwith at least five years of hands-on experience in closing commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented organized and adept at managing complex settlement processes involving multiple stakeholders. This role is responsible for preparing accurate commercial settlement statements coordinating communication among all transaction parties and overseeing all incoming and outgoing funds to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end commercial real estate settlement process.
Draft review and finalize commercial settlement statements in accordance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers sellers attorneys lenders brokers and title agents.
Monitor and track all funds received and disbursed for each transaction ensuring compliance with escrow and trust accounting procedures.
Verify and reconcile payoff statements invoices and financial instructions.
Ensure all documents are properly executed recorded and delivered to appropriate parties post-closing.
Maintain detailed transaction files and settlement records for auditing and reporting purposes.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays to avoid settlement disruptions.
Stay current with industry best practices regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate closings.
Proven expertise in preparing complex commercial settlement statements.
Strong understanding of escrow accounting title insurance and settlement procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple parties.
High level of accuracy integrity and attention to detail.
Proficient in settlement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This role is mostly sedentary and requires the ability to sit for long periods each day. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate orally. The employee uses hands and fingers to type handle and reach. The ability to operate office machinery such as a computer phone copier printer etc in the commission of daily duties.
