This position will be involved in various stages of the end-to-end software development lifecycle with specific responsibilities related to the requirements architecture design development and support of CCA software applications and software data integrations.
Daily job duties include: collaborate with developers and business clients software development and architecture teams; document solution designs for approval; develop and unit test solutions plan and execution tasks to migrate changes to non-prod and production environments; support and remediate testing of changes; provide production support for solutions including; issue analysis and root cause identification; implement changes to resolve issues including developing test plans to validate changes; and support change management process to implement changes to production. Will work extensively with: Teradata / SQL Server programming developing SQL queries Functions and Stored Procedures. Utilize SSIS/Talend and other ETL tools to process data. Develop websites using / HTML. Code configuration management will be managed through SVN/GitHub. Heavy use of office tools (MS Word Excel PowerPoint) for system documentation and analysis. Work will be managed through Waterfall/Agile methodologies leveraging JIRA. 100% WFH telecommuting permitted from anywhere in US.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA (foreign equivalent degrees accepted) in CS IT Computer Engineering Management Info. Systems or closely related and 2 years experience in any related SW development positions performing data analysis ETL data processing and report generation while using Talend SQL Server C# and big data platforms (Hadoop/spark) in a cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) environment.
