Custodian

KLBK-TV is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean safe and organized work environment. The custodian will be responsible for ensuring that the stations facilities including offices studios restrooms and kitchen are kept in top condition. This position reports directly to the Office Manager.

• Collect and dispose of trash from all areas including offices studios restrooms and kitchen.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms including sinks toilets and floors.
• Clean and maintain kitchen area including countertops sinks and appliances.
• Vacuum sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Dust and wipe down desks tables and other surfaces in offices and studios.
• Collect and dispose of trash outside around the building.
• Restock and maintain inventory of cleaning and restroom supplies.

• Operating cleaning equipment.
• Safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Sanitation and disinfection.
• Trash disposal and recycling management.
• Washing waxing and polishing floors.
• Dusting sweeping and vacuuming.
