Habitat for Humanity of Findlay/Hancock County is seeking to fill the newly created full-time position of Donor Engagement Manager with an individual who has experience growing cultivating and managing relationships with a community of passionate supporters. You will join a strong Habitat team at a pivotal moment in our organizational trajectory celebrating 25 years and doubling program services. Habitat is a leader in a growing movement of housing advocates addressing the housing shortage.

In this fundraising role you will drive growth in mid-level donor support and deepen donor relationships that fuel our mission of building homes communities and hope.
Key responsibilities include meeting with and managing a portfolio of donors to achieve annual fundraising goals lead annual giving campaigns including digital direct mail and monthly giving plan and host donor engagement and appreciation events oversee the donor database to ensure accurate reporting and analysis collaborate across departments to create compelling donor communications and experiences.
A bachelors degree is preferred 2 years nonprofit and/or fundraising or similar experience demonstrated relationship-building and communication skills proficiency in Microsoft 365; CRM/database experience a plus. Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally. Salary Range $60000 - $65000 per year commensurate with experience. Benefits include: health insurance Simple IRA retirement and paid time off.
