Project Manager
Location: India
Duration: 7 months
Benefits: Flights accommodation and travel provided
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Field Development Plan (FDP) for a tight oil reservoir.
The successful candidate will ensure delivery within defined scope budget and schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and monitor the execution of the Field Development Plan from planning through to execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among technical commercial and operational groups.
- Manage client engagement and maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee project planning resource allocation budgeting risk management and reporting.
- Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams ensuring alignment with technical and strategic goals.
- Drive performance and ensure deliverables meet the standards required in unconventional oil development.
Required Expertise:
- Proven track record in project management within oil & gas specifically tight oil or unconventional reservoirs.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a collaborative approach to multi-team coordination.
- Familiarity with field development planning and integrated asset management.
