Day Shift Healthcare Assistant 13 per hour Full-Time or Part-Time
Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care Nursing Dementia & Residential Care No Sponsorship Available

The service offers exceptional nursing residential and dementia care within a warm welcoming environment. Surrounded by landscaped gardens and thoughtfully designed facilities the home is as much a community as it is a place of care and the team is proud to make every day meaningful for the people who live there.

As a Healthcare Assistant youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centred care throughout the day. From supporting daily routines to building genuine caring relationships with residents youll help make each day as comfortable dignified and enriching as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for care who wants to make a real difference in the lives of older adults and be valued for it.

What Theyre Looking For

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience working in a care setting (essential)
  • A kind respectful and proactive approach to care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time day shifts
  • The right to work in the UK (Tier 2 sponsorship not available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with personal care mobility and day-to-day activities
  • Promote dignity independence and wellbeing in all interactions
  • Observe and report changes in residents physical or emotional health
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and nurses to deliver tailored care
  • Encourage and support engagement in activities and social interaction
  • Keep clear and accurate care documentation
  • Communicate with residents families with empathy and professionalism
