Day Shift Healthcare Assistant 13 per hour Full-Time or Part-Time
Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care Nursing Dementia & Residential Care No Sponsorship Available
The service offers exceptional nursing residential and dementia care within a warm welcoming environment. As a Healthcare Assistant youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centred care throughout the day. From supporting daily routines to building genuine caring relationships with residents youll help make each day as comfortable dignified and enriching as possible.

What Theyre Looking For
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience working in a care setting (essential)
- A kind respectful and proactive approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time day shifts
- The right to work in the UK (Tier 2 sponsorship not available)

Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care mobility and day-to-day activities
- Promote dignity independence and wellbeing in all interactions
- Observe and report changes in residents physical or emotional health
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and nurses to deliver tailored care
- Encourage and support engagement in activities and social interaction
- Keep clear and accurate care documentation
- Communicate with residents families with empathy and professionalism
