You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Product Data Analyst your mission is to generate insights and drive decisions across the traveler and agent experiences by analyzing behaviors measuring impact and enabling smarter actions within one of Evaneos Impact Teams (Loyalty & Segments) and the CRM/Marketing Activation Team.
Youll be part of the Product & Growth Analytics team embedded within the broader R&D organization. Our mission: empower Evaneos to make better faster and more informed product and growth decisions.
Youll work closely with:
A pluridisciplinary Impact Team (Product Manager Engineering Manager Product Designer Business Experts and yourself as the Product Analyst) focused on loyalty initiatives and traveler/agent segment growth (e.g. Families).
The CRM/Marketing Activation Team including CRM Managers and Growth stakeholders aiming to improve lifecycle campaign performance and personalization.
Youll report to the Lead Product Analyst who oversees the analytics scope across user acquisition funnel optimization and customer engagement.
Analyze behaviors of travelers and local agents across our platforms to identify usage patterns friction points and engagement drivers.
Segment users (e.g. Families Repeat Travelers) and agents to support tailored experiences and strategic decisions.
Translate data into clear actionable insights to guide product and CRM strategies.
Design and assess A/B tests and experiments ensuring rigorous methodologies and actionable outcomes.
Evaluate the impact of features and campaigns using KPIs like activation retention and engagement.
Define success metrics and establish monitoring systems to track ongoing performance.
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to provide teams with self-serve access to key metrics.
Help define and maintain shared metrics and definitions across Product Marketing and Data.
Document methodologies and learnings to foster transparency and shared knowledge.
Be a data partner to the Impact Team and CRM Team surfacing insights and identifying areas for optimization.
Work with Product Designers and PMs to combine qualitative and quantitative user insights.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve data tracking and ensure reliabilit
