Responsibilities
**$5000 Sign On Bonus Offered**

CHI Health has an immediate need to add a Clinic Wellness RN role to our W Broadway Clinic located in Council Bluffs IA!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 730a-4p No weekends No holidays & No call!
Job Summary/Purpose:
The Wellness RN-Clinic functions as a vital member of the healthcare team who contributes to the success of the practice by demonstrating customer/patient focus effective communication professionalism and teamwork. The RN will complete the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit according to CMS regulations under the direction of the primary care provider. Will work as a team member within the clinic to collaborate on patient care needs related to health and wellness of our patients.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
