Job Description

Hours Per Week:40
Required Licensure Certifications Registrations: Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or registry eligible required. If not certified must obtain certification within the first year of employment.
Basic Life Support required upon hire. Thereafter must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
Physical Requirements:
NOTE: The following descriptions are applicable to this section: 1) Continuous 6-8 hours per shift; 2) Frequent 2-6 hours per shift; 3) Infrequent 0-2 hours per shift)
Additional Job Description
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Work Experience: 5 years for support or 0-2 years for professionalCertification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
