Responsibilities

Nurse Supervisor NICU

As a Nurse Supervisor in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Community Hospital of San Bernardino you will lead a dedicated team of NICU nurses during your assigned shift ensuring the highest standards of care for our most vulnerable patients. This role plays a pivotal part in staffing coordination and clinical oversight guiding your team through complex neonatal cases while maintaining a ready and responsive unit environment.
