We are looking for a Project Supervisor PDRto join our Project Delivery and Return (PDR) team in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh Jeddah Dammam Tabuk). You will be the on-site face of Aggreko Events & Projects responsible for the delivery operation and demobilization of temporary power and temperature control solutions. As a site lead youll manage technical execution teams contractors and client relationships ensuring operational excellence safety and high customer satisfaction.

What youll do:
- Lead the on-site delivery of customer projects across Events and Temporary Utility sectors. Supervise installation commissioning operation and demobilization of Aggreko equipment on site
- Act as the primary point of contact on-site for customers contractors and internal teams and ensure projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to agreed specifications
- Maintain accurate records including project documentation design changes handover reports and operational logs. Review technical drawings and assist in producing As-Built documentation
- Ensure all equipment and materials are accounted for during delivery and return. Monitor contractor and team performance ensuring work meets quality and safety standards
- Support troubleshooting and fault diagnosis during operations coordinating equipment repairs as neededand ensure compliance with Aggrekos QHSE standards and local Saudi regulations
- Report on project progress cost implications and operational KPIs to Project Manager. Support sales and account teams with site surveys technical advice and design validation
- Participate in post-project reviews and suggest improvements for future operations
Youll have the following skills and experience:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years experience in operational delivery ideally within the events temporary power or energy sectors
- Technical expertise in electrical distribution systems generator operations and commissioning
- Strong understanding of site safety protocols and working in high-pressure environments
- Previous experience leading on-site teams and managing subcontractors. Commercial awareness and ability to track costs against project budgets
- Familiar with AutoCAD LT or ability to interpret technical designs (desirable)
- Knowledge of BS7909 electrical standards (preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent spoken and written English
Qualifications:
- Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
- Project Management qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Valid driving license
