Job Description

Working nights on a rotating shift pattern you will play a critical role in ensuring the required standards of Food Safety Quality and Hygiene are met within the factory. You will be required to ensure cleaning is carried out effectively to agreed standards.
Requirements
To maintain Hygiene standards in all production areas
To dismantle all machinery and equipment to enable effective cleaning
Use of all industrial cleaning equipment including chemicals & high-power hoses
Responsible for reassembly of equipment in time for start up
To verify your own job throughout the shift on a regular basis
To follow strict hygiene procedures and schedules at all times
To ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to whilst completing tasks
To participate in regular daily monthly and periodic cleaning activities
SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE:
Ideally you will have experience within a similar environment (food manufacturing)
You will require an understanding of Food Safety COSHH & Health and Safety regulations within the industry
To have an understanding of Basic Food hygiene COSHH and Health and Safety.
Excellent attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop
