We are looking for a passionate and talented IT Application Manager (m/f/d) to complement our dedicated team.

Your tasks:

• Planning and appropriate execution of deployments.
• Release management of supporting software.
• Release testing and release implementation.
• Configuration and installation management for customers and internally used software.
• Installation at the customers site.
• Configuration of the system environment.
• Installation testing of releases.
• Customer communication maintenance at the customers site.
• Documentation of the installation.
• Updating of necessary components.
• Maintenance of the automated installer packages.

Requirements:

• Degree or training in information/telecommunications technology or demonstrated equivalent ability.
• Several years of related professional experience.
• Sound technical product-related IT skills.
• Good command of English (B2) for the preparation of technical documentation and communication with customers.
• Very good German language skills (B2/C1) for communication with customers.

Familiar with at least three of the following:

• MSI Installer packages.
• Windows PowerShell scripting.
• Database systems. (MSSQL/PostgreSQL)
• Good Documentation Practice.
• Installation Qualification / Configuration Qualification.
• You are well organized very independent highly motivated and enjoy working in a team.
