AI Researcher

We are looking for an innovative and intellectually curious AI Researcher to advance the frontiers of artificial intelligence through research and experimentation. You will explore novel algorithms, develop machine learning models, publish papers, and help transition cutting-edge research into practical applications. Ideal candidates are self-motivated with strong theoretical and hands-on skills in AI and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct original research in areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.

• Develop, train, and evaluate advanced models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate research outputs into products.

• Publish high-quality research papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL).

• Keep up with the latest developments in AI, participate in open-source communities, and contribute to innovation initiatives.

• Work with large-scale datasets, including data preprocessing, augmentation, and simulation.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and algorithm design.

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or similar.

• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts such as linear algebra, optimization, probability, and information theory.

• Proven experience conducting research and publishing academic papers or patents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in one or more specialized areas (e.g., large language models, multi-modal AI, generative models, or robotics).

• Familiarity with distributed computing, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), or MLOps tools.

• Contributions to open-source projects or AI communities.
