Location: Phoenix AZ Phoenix AZ (On-site preferred Hybrid potential)
Compensation: Base Performance Bonus
Were looking for a problem-solver who knows home improvement financing.
If youve worked with lenders like Goodleap Service Finance Aqua or Foundation - and know how to get deals approved - we want you. Our Revenue Operations Center supports roofing and exterior remodeling sales teams across the country. Youll help homeowners navigate loan apps troubleshoot declines and ensure nothing gets held up by financing.
What Youll Do:
- Guide homeowners through loan applications post-appointment
- Coordinate with lenders to get approvals across multiple programs
- Support sales reps with financing strategies
- Own lender portal activity and pre-approvals
- Serve as our in-house expert on financing options
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years in home improvement lending or financing operations
- Familiar with programs from major lenders (Goodleap Service Finance Aqua or Foundation etc.)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized and solution-oriented
