The Manager Technical Services will be responsible for the planning development and implementation of technical services to meet the organizations business needs. The manage the IT infrastructure systems and team to ensure the organizations technology needs are met efficiently and securely. This role involves strategic planning project management cybersecurity oversight and team leadership to support business operations as well as innovation. The Manager Technical Services collaborates with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with company goals while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Develop and implement IT policies procedures and strategic plans to support business objectives.
Identify opportunities for technological advancements and process improvements.
Oversee the maintenance security and reliability of IT systems networks and cloud-based services.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
Manage software applications databases and enterprise systems to optimize performance.
Lead a team of technical support specialists in the field to provide support to the enterprise infrastructure.
Adhere to review and have strong understanding of cybersecurity policies to facilitate monitoring and protect company data and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations data protection laws and IT security standards.
Provide necessary information to support regular security audits risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
Lead IT projects including system upgrades software deployments and infrastructure enhancements.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and solutions.
Supervise and mentor the IT team providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Establish and maintain IT support processes ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Foster collaboration between IT and other departments to address business needs.
Develop and manage the IT budget optimizing resource allocation.
Evaluate and recommend cost-effective technology solutions.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies security threats and industry best practices.
