Job Description
- Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Independently manage cases and collaborate with other attorneys as needed
- Draft motions pleadings and legal documents
- Conduct depositions mediations and court appearances
- Provide clients with ongoing updates and strategic guidance
- Research legal issues and craft case strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing research and courtroom skills
- Experience handling depositions motion practice and client communication
- Active Ohio bar license in good standing
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines
