Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple thriving communities. In this key leadership role youll ensure everything runs smoothlydriving performance in resident satisfaction occupancy community appeal team operations and financial results.

What Youll Do
Lead Multi-Community Operations: Oversee the daily performance appearance and safety of multiple residential communitiesensuring high standards in maintenance compliance and resident satisfaction.
Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets control costs optimize revenue and handle rent collections evictions and vendor contracts to meet and exceed financial goals.
Champion Resident Relations: Build strong community connections by planning engaging resident events addressing concerns promptly and fostering a welcoming service-oriented environment.
Ensure Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Enforce company policies and legal regulations while maintaining safe organized and compliant workplaces for staff and residents alike.
Empower High-Performing Teams: Set clear goals mentor staff monitor performance and promote growth through feedback recognition and development opportunities.
Maximize Community Value & Growth: Manage home sales market research and home refurbishments while strategically positioning communities to attract and retain residents.
