Job Description
Lia Honda Enfield is seeking an experienced wholesale Parts Counterperson to join our parts department.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $35K-$45K based on experience and knowledge
SIGN ON BONUS: N/A
REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Computer skills
Professional personal appearance and a positive attitude
Experience with auto parts sales preferred
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong organizational and time management skills and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a clean and valid drivers license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
Complete special order part request for the customer
Communicate with customer on parts status
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
Understand and follow federal state and local regulations applicable to industry
Any other duties assigned by manager
