Could you be the full-time hybrid Project Manager in Bologna Roma Firenze or Bari were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative dedicated and collaborative teammates. Youll drive project and program execution to maximize the results with respect to cash and margin while delivering on time and in conformity with the contract. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (including Engineering Finance and Customer Relations) constantly seek and propose to the Customer Director / Platform additional opportunities within the frame of the contract and much more.
Well look to you for:
Leading cross-functional project teams and facilitating the communication and interaction among the functional representatives
Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Tracking project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

Degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field
Experience or understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Familiarity with the transportation or rail industry
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Fluent in Italian and English
