Were seeking a skilled and safety-conscious HGV Driver with a valid HIAB licence to join our operations team based in Portsmouth. This is a vital role supporting our transport and logistics needs across the region ensuring timely delivery and collection of essential equipment and materials.
What youll be doing:
Operating Xylem vehicles (Class 2 HGV) in a safe and professional manner
Carrying out deliveries and collections of pumping equipment and related machinery across customer sites
Using HIAB/crane equipment to safely load and unload goods
Ensuring vehicle checks maintenance and documentation are completed to required standards
Supporting the depot team with logistics and stock movement when required
Representing Xylem to our customers with a positive and professional attitude
What were looking for:
Full UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
Valid HIAB licence/certification (preferably with experience)
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Proven experience in a similar role ideally within plant hire utilities or construction sectors
Good knowledge of load securing manual handling and road safety regulations
A flexible and reliable team player with a strong work ethic and customer focus
