Job Description
Tomlinsons Materials Group is looking for a skilled individual to join the Maintenance Crew.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Operating a torch and stick welder
Replacing plant components such as bearings idlers pulleys belts and sheaves
Repairing or replacing guarding
Repairing or building walkways and stairways
Replacing crusher and chute wear liners
Aligning equipment and installing bearing using specialized tools such as lasers micrometers and calipers
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic power units
Identify the root cause of failures and implement a thorough repair solution
Attention to detail and critical thinking are necessary for this position
Utilizing manual dexterity problem solving skills and attention to detail.
REQUIRMENTS:
Valid G driver license
Capable of operating a service truck as required
Ability to work well with others
General knowledge of processing plant equipment
Ability to work quickly efficiently and in a safe manner
