The hotels food & beverage programs consists of a lobby bar and restaurant with year-round outdoor seating and a laid-back all-day caf. Job Description:
The MOLLIE Aspen Controller will establish coordinate and administer all financial systems internal controls and the hotels capital plan. This position will help prepare and review budgets forecasts operating results and financial reporting compliance with banking covenants and ownership requirements.
The Controller is the financial manager of the hotel. The position is responsible for daily operations of all accounting processes in addition to short and long-term planning. The Controller participates in total hotel management as a member of the hotels Executive Committee and is responsible for providing the timely dissemination of reports to all management team members to assist in achieving bottom line results. The Controller actively engages with the leadership team to develop a culture of accuracy and accountability. Consults and clears with the General Manager any accounting transactions or control procedures which are not specifically addressed in established accounting policies and procedures or which require interpretation.
