Job Description
- Full time work
- $20/hour starting pay
- Pay increase after 90 days and 1 year of employment (based on performance/attendance)
- Utility- 40 hours guaranteed.
- Primarily scheduled Tuesday-Friday 6:00AM-4:00PM.
- Occasional weekend availability needed for Saturday-Monday: 6:00PM-6:00AM.
- This position will transition to weekend shift permanently.
- Primary tasks will be basic yard tractor operations dropping and pulling trailers in dock doors and parking them onsite.
- Safely maneuver and back semi-trailers.
- Safely enter/exit semi-trailer multiple times an hour place and remove wheel chocks lift and open doors.
- Follow safety procedures.
- OT after 40 hours at paid time and half.
- Consistent Schedule Home Daily-never leave the yard!
- No loading/unloading merchandise.
- Truck driving experience preferred.
- No CDL required!
