Principal Accountabilities:
- Perform ongoing assigned lead activities including providing to support to team in addition to performing operator roles
- Operate mobile powered equipment (i.e. forklift skid loader sit down floor sweeper front end loader)
- Inspect buildings grounds and equipment utilized by the facility to troubleshoot perform light maintenance and complete repair work while coordinating with maintenance work and other teams to ensure a smooth and stable operating process
- Use hand and power tools perform preventative and autonomous maintenance troubleshoot complex machine issues and support other operators in troubleshooting and providing guidance
- Monitor equipment operate control panels process samples adjust machine processes using selectivity and complex decision making and utilize computer systems to input and record data and support others
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat cold dust loud noise etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending lifting up to 50lbs kneeling climbing crawling and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication & division
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
- Ability to work overtime including weekends holidays or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on a production/manufacturing environment.
- Experience with automated computer systems such as Human Machine Interface (HMI)
