Description of the role: The Internet Sales/BDC Sales Representative at Oak Ridge Nissan will be responsible for handling sales leads generated online and maintaining customer relationships through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to online sales leads promptly and professionally.
- Engage with customers via email phone and chat to provide information and drive sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
