Job Description
Hunton Services a division of the Hunton Group in Houston TX is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Representative to develop and execute account-specific business plans for the Commercial HVAC Sales team. The ideal candidate must be customer-oriented have excellent time management skills and be a good communicator. This position will report directly to the Commercial Sales Manager and is located in zip code: 77087.

Responsibilities:
- Directly sell Hunton Trane HVAC Services to building owners in both the commercial and light commercial markets
- Utilize marketing and direct prospecting skills to generate leads for new business development and new customers
- Grow the existing maintenance agreement base by adding new service agreements and maintenance contracts to prospective customers
- Attend Sales meetings and review monthly sales activity and progress with management
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales and account activity customer information and requests
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Texas drivers license with a safe driving record (no violations within the past 3 years).
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems service agreements and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to create and facilitate presentations to an audience
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Marketing or Business Management
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
