Job Description
Studio Flex45 is seeking highly motivated and experienced Yoga Sculpt Pilates & Spin Instructors to join our team. Our studio is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through a variety of fitness & wellness classes. We are looking for a qualified candidates who can lead students through a safe and effective practice while inspiring them to improve their physical and mental well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead classes for all levels of students from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Create class sequences that are challenging yet accessible and safe for all students.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to students as needed to ensure proper alignment and prevent injury.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the studio and ensure that students feel comfortable and supported.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
Qualifications:
- 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from a recognized program.
- 2 years of teaching experience in a studio setting.
- Strong knowledge of yoga postures sequencing and alignment principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels.
- Must be reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours.
