The Compensation Consultant is primarily responsible for developing and administering compensation programs that align with BOK Financials Total Rewards Strategy to attract motivate and retain a competent and diverse workforce.

Youll design and develop compensation plans programs policies and practices. You will partner with Finance and our HR Business Partners to implement communicate and administer multiple compensation programs within different lines of business. These will include base salary discretionary and formulaic incentive pay plans.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion a Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field of study and 2 - 3 years of directly related experience in Human Resources with focus on compensation or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Financial Services experience a plus.
