In this role you will be part of a team responsible for the preparation and management of Integrated Project Master Schedules and prepare scheduling earned value and project controls reports for External Maintenance Availabilities (EMAs) Defect Rectification Periods (DRPs) and Maintenance Window Opportunities (MWOs).
Your work will play a key part in supporting BabcocksContracts for the total asset management of the Anzac Class frigates through to the end of their life.
This is a permanent position located in Henderson WA.
About you
You will be a problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills; with the ability to work as an effective team member. You will pride yourself on your strong ethics and integrity and possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
In this position you will develop and continually update the Integrated Project Master Schedule (IPMS) for the business and regularly analyse IPMS and manage schedule variances. Importantly youll be required to identify the quantitative schedule risk.
You will have demonstrated experience in a similar scheduler/ planner role and intermediate to advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel. You will show a working understanding ofearned value analysis critical path method and associated reporting.
Essential to this role you must either hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an appropriate level as per role requirements and hold a valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
