Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded Production Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role involving equipment operation loading/unloading of materials and general labor duties to support production. The ideal candidate is reliable detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Physically load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure products meet quality standards through regular visual inspections
- Follow all safety protocols including PPE use and machine safety practices
- Perform general housekeeping and maintenance in the work area
- Adhere to all site rules standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions
- Execute production tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Assist with other duties as required to support production goals
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced physically demanding setting
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety and detail
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
