Job Description
We Are Hiring:Physician - Family Medicine - Oconomowoc Clinic
ProHealth Care is looking for a dedicated physician to join our team at the Oconomowoc clinic part of ProHealth Medical Group (PHMG). In this role you will provide comprehensive care to Family Medicine (FM) patients ensuring a continuum of care for individuals and families within the community.

Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong commitment to providing patient-centered care within a team-based setting.
- Committed to serving a diverse patient population including families seniors and individuals with complex medical needs.
- Collaborative and eager to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services for Family Medicine patients from routine check-ups and preventive care to complex diagnoses and management of chronic conditions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families offering continuity of care and supporting their overall health journey.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinic meetings contribute to quality improvement initiatives and stay informed about the latest medical advancements.
