What youll be doing
As a Technical Growth Specialist youll play a key role in driving growth through website optimization and marketing technology. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
Build and optimize landing pages By developing and maintaining pages optimized for conversions and implementing A/B tests to improve performance.
Automate marketing processes By developing and implementing Python scripts to streamline tasks like data collection and acquisition automations.
Implement website tracking By setting up and managing analytics tools like Google Analytics and ensuring accurate event tracking.
Assist with integrations By helping to integrate and manage various marketing technology platforms (CRM marketing automation tools).
Support data analysis By contributing basic data analysis to identify trends insights and opportunities for optimization.

Technical Skills Basic scripting skills in Python and familiarity with web development fundamentals (HTML CSS basic JS a plus).
Website Development Experience Experience in building and maintaining website pages and landing pages.
Analytics Platform Experience Familiarity with website analytics platforms particularly Google Analytics including event tracking.
Digital Marketing Knowledge Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Data-Driven Mindset A data-driven approach with an eagerness to learn basic data analysis techniques.
