Nous recherchons un(e)Ingnieur(e) Systmetalentueux(se) pour notre programme deTlconduite & Conduite Autonome dans une approche de type startup agile en collaboration avec des experts en ingnierie logiciels et mobilit dans un contexte international.
VOTRE MISSION
En tant quIngnieur(e) Systme vous intgrerez une quipe pluridisciplinaire jeune et motive qui dveloppe notre solution de Tlconduite & Conduite Autonome.
Dans ce rle vous serez charg(e) danalyser les besoins et exigences (internes ou externes) puis de concevoir la solution en rutilisant ou en adaptant des solutions en cours de dveloppement. Vous formaliserez et maintiendrez les spcifications systme (oprationnelles fonctionnelles et de construction) les rgles dapplication ainsi que les processus de support et leurs vrifications validations et valuations associes en prparant coordonnant et participant aux activits de test et de mise en service en laboratoire et sur site.
RESPONSABILITS
Conception et spcification du systme(en collaboration avec lArchitecte Systme et sous la supervision du Responsable de Programme et/ou du Chef de Projet) :
- Analyser clarifier et confirmer les exigences et besoins dentre
- Maintenir les spcifications systme (OCD RS AD ID PD) selon les modles applicables
- Raliser la conception conceptuelle : modles systme tudes de conception principes de conception interfaces modlisation maquettes etc. pour rduire les risques techniques et optimiser
- Apporter un support technique aux quipes RAM scurit cyberscurit sous-systmes logiciels matriels et V&V pour assurer la cohrence des concepts et dfinitions et participer aux revues techniques
Activits de test et de mise en service:
- Prparer et excuter les tests selon les procdures/documentations dfinies
- Identifier et corriger les dfauts (dpannage)
- Assurer le suivi des problmes dtects et rdiger les rapports de mise en service
- Soutenir lquipe V&V et raliser des tests en laboratoire si ncessaire
- Atteindre les performances attendues en termes de qualit cots et dlais en conformit avec les politiques Alstom les normes locales et les rglementations (notamment EHS et scurit ferroviaire)
- Se tenir inform(e) des volutions technologiques via une veille technologique
- Promouvoir le Code dthique dAlstom et respecter les plus hauts standards de conduite thique
COMPTENCES REQUISES
- Diplme dingnieur ou master avec une exprience significative en dveloppement matriel et/ou logiciel et/ou en validation & vrification systme
- Exprience en ingnierie systme (architecture & interfaces). Une exprience dans le secteur ferroviaire serait un plus
- Flexible et prt(e) voyager pour des missions courtes (quelques jours) ou longues (quelques semaines) en France ou ltranger
- Rigoureux(se) esprit dquipe orient(e) satisfaction client
- Capacit communiquer de manire claire et ouverte avec diffrents interlocuteurs
- laise avec les nouvelles technologies et outils

Join our team in the Innovation Center in Villeurbanne developping solutionson Autonomous are searching for a talented System Engineer for our Remote & Autonomous Driving program within a lean startup pathway and in collaboration with engineering software & mobility experts in an international context.
YOUR MISSION
As a System Engineer you join a multidisciplinary young and motivated team that develops our Remote & Autonmous Driving solution.
In this role you will have first to analyze the input needs (external or internal) and requirements and design the solution by re-using or adapting solutions under development. Second you will formalize and maintain the system specifications (operational functional and constructional) application rules and support processes descriptions and their associated verification validation and assessments by preparing coordinating and participating to the test and commissioning activities in lab and on site during project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- For the system design and specification and in collaboration with the System Architect and under the control of the Program Manager and / or Project Manager:
- Analyze clarifyand confirminput requirements and needs
- Maintainthe system specification (OCD RS AD ID PD) according to applicable templates content
- Performconceptual design by preparing system models design studies design principles and interfaces modelling & mock-ups etc. for technical de-risking and optimization
- Providetechnical support to RAM safety cybersecurity sub-system software hardware and V&V teams to ensure consistency of design concepts and definitions and participateto technical reviews
- For the test and commissioning activities:
- Prepare and execute testing activities according to the testing procedure / documentation
- Ensure defects identification and correction (trouble shooting)
- Ensure follow-up of detected issues and deliver the commissioning reports.
- Support V&V team and perform test in lab as per request
- Deliver the committed performance in terms of Quality Costs and Deadlines and in compliance with Alstom policieslocal standards and regulations (in particular EHS and Railway Safety)
- Keepinformed of the evolution of technologies through technological watch
- Promotethe Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
COMPETENCIES
- Engineering or masters degree with significantproven experience in hardware development and/or software development and/or in system Validation & Verification.
- Experience in System Engineering (Architecture & Interfaces). Experience in railway industry would be a plus.
- Flexibleand ready to travel for short (few days) or longer mission (couple of weeks) in different locations and countries
- Rigorousteam player and focused on customer satisfaction
- Able to communicate in an open and clear manner with various stakeholders
- Ability to use new technologies and tools
OTHER
- Need to have a driving license
- Fluent in both French and English. German would be a plus.
