French Customer Service Representative (Remote in Greece during the Summertime)

What Youll Do
- Provide empathetic accurate and timely support to Facebook users.
- Monitor and resolve abuse reports help users with account issues and improve platform experience.
- Stay up to date on community standards and advocate for users best interests.
- Spot trends escalate complex issues and contribute to global support improvements.
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of empathy and a passion for community well-being.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for trends and solutions.
- Familiarity with Facebook (training provided).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1050 gross/month x 14 per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to 200/month
- Remote-first culture with freedom to work from Greece.
