We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the brand driving demand generation and positioning the company as a market leader. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams driving revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies and elevating brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision.
- Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional marketing team (digital content product communications etc.).
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital offline content PR events and partnerships.
- Own the brand strategy and ensure consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Drive demand generation and support sales through effective inbound/outbound strategies.
- Analyse market trends customer insights and competitive positioning to refine strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget resource planning and vendor/agency relationships.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities using data to optimise results and justify investment.
- Collaborate closely with product sales and leadership to align marketing with overall business objectives.
- Represent the brand at conferences industry events and in media when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 35 years in a senior leadership or head-of-marketing role.
- Proven experience in building and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing brand management and performance marketing.
- Experience managing teams agencies and large-scale campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
