Provides post-sale technical support services to customers including installation troubleshooting problem resolution and maintenance of products and services in South Germany.
Responsibilities are within the Technical Customer Support Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
Completed training in the technical field e.g. electrical engineering mechatronics mechanical engineering
Ideally several years of professional experience in field service in the field of maintenance and/or repair of machines in the food industry and experienced in dealing with customers
Ideally basic PLC knowledge
Class B driving license
Business fluent in German good knowledge of English
High level of initiative reliability and willingness to take responsibility
Very good technical understanding and willingness to undergo further training
Ability to explain complex technical contexts
High willingness to travel (approx. 60000 km p.a.)
