Amazons Legal Department is looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support Amazon Web Services (AWS) a dynamic and rapidly growing business within .
AWS is at the forefront of the cloud computing and service industry providing IT infrastructure services such as on-demand compute capacity storage content delivery database services browsers and more. As part of the AWS real estate legal team you will work on a team responsible for supporting AWSs worldwide data center expansion.
You will have transactional drafting and negotiating responsibilities on service agreements work orders easements lease amendments and other real estate documents providing day-to-day contracting advice to business team members. You will support AWSs existing real estate portfolio and work cross-functionally with other teams. You will drive process improvements and initiatives to track and simplify real estate transactions from beginning to end. You will manage outside counsel create and lead trainings and more.

- 5 years of contracts management paralegal or other comparable experience within a law firm legal department or property management or real estate development company with experience reviewing drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts. - Real estate and/or construction contract experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills - Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks of varying duration and complexity - Demonstrates judgment even in ambiguous situations - Curious adaptable enthusiastic and enjoys working hard and being challenged in a fun team-oriented environment - Bachelors Degree
