A career in our Oracle HCM and Operations team within our Oracle consulting practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success.

Qualification - Any Graduate/Any Postgraduate

Exp - 9 - 14 years

Responsibilities

• Minimum 9-14 years of total experience relevant to this position including 5 years of project management experience.
• Should have multiple HCM full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end cloud implementations or 5 years of Oracle cloud experience.
• Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution
  Functional expertise in various HCM modules.
• Good understanding of integrations and solutions in HCM projects.
• Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management including financials and metrics.
• Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements. Initiate and lead open conversations with teams clients and stakeholders to build trust. Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
• Strong people and team management experience.
