Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Associate IBM MDM Developer to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM MDM development and a strong focus on master data management practices ensuring data consistency and reliability across the organization. This role requires experience with ETL processes cloud platforms like AWS and proficiency in SQL to implement comprehensive data management solutions.
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors degree in computer science/IT or relevant field
Degree Preferred: Masters degree in computer science/IT or relevant field
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years in IBM MDM development
Certifications Required: None
Certifications Preferred: Certifications in IBM MDM AWS Certified Data Analytics Azure Data Engineer Associate Teradata SQL databases and DevOps tools like Terraform and GitHub are preferred.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Expertise in IBM MDM development and implementation.
Strong understanding of master data management and data quality frameworks.
Proficiency in ETL processes and tools.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Strong SQL skills for database management and data manipulation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain IBM MDM solutions to support data management initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and enforce data quality and governance policies within MDM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM implementation data quality and integration.
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.
Utilize ETL tools to manage data extraction transformation and loading processes.
Integrate MDM solutions with cloud platforms for scalability and flexibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IBM MDM development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
Experience with Java and related technologies.
Knowledge of additional cloud services and tools (e.g. Azure Google Cloud).
