We are looking for atalented highly motivated HR Intern with a positive can-do attitude to join our HR department based in Athens.

As an HR Intern in our team you will experience working first-hand in a multinational company with a dynamic team and will develop practical skills in an excellent business environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support in administration of all employee lifecycle activities (e.g. hirings transfers exits leave of absence etc.) in line with both statutory requirements and company processes; Maintain employee records assist with HR filing and update databases.
• Support the recruitment process but also the compensation & benefits processes with ability to prioritize and provide results with efficiency and accuracy.
• Records coordination for HR department; providing guidance and support to HR team to align with GDPR and internal records policy.
• Build and maintain a constructive communication with colleagues in cluster and supporting them with daily admin requests.
• Support HR department with internal employee communications as well as internal employee events or HR projects.
• Work closely with the HR team members on special initiatives as needed contributing with fresh ideas and perspectives.

What are we looking for

• University Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Economics Management Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficient user of English and Greek
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment as well as to deal with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Initiative and proactive approach towards delivery of high quality HR services
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent team player ability to build authentic and trusting relationships across the organization
