Who we are
Victim Support Scotland (VSS) provides support and information to people affected by crime and campaigns for victim and witness rights. Regardless of whether a crime has been reported or when it happened our services are free confidential and tailored to individuals needs.

What is the role
As HR Business Partner youll play a key role in aligning our people strategies with organisational goals. Reporting to the Head of HR youll work across the entire employee lifecyclefrom recruitment and onboarding to engagement development and retention. This is a dynamic position that combines strategic leadership with practical HR delivery in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
This is a new role and were looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join our small dedicated HR and Learning & Development team. Youll work closely with the Head of HR another HR Business Partner and L&D Business Partner to support the ongoing improvement of our organisation.

Primary location:Glasgow (hybrid working available)
Salary: 31890 - 42109 per annum. Salary on appointment will normally be at the lower salary point with progression subject to regular review in line with VSS performance appraisal arrangements. A higher salary placing will be considered in exceptional circumstances subject to experience demonstrated.
What youll need to be successful
Are you passionate about people employee engagement and improving organisational culture If yes we want to hear from you.
You will have a background in HR strategy employee relations and organisational development as well as a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change. Excellent communication coaching and problem-solving skills are a must along with a passion for inclusive practice. Experience with HR systems (e.g. BambooHR) data reporting and learning and development is a bonus!
