Job Description

Capital Access Program Manager needed in Columbia for the MO Womens Business Center (MoWBC) to provide programmatic support to the director and manage the Capital Access Program. This position assists entrepreneurs of all ages races and income levels in starting and growing small businesses. The main purpose is to develop strategies and initiatives to increase financial literacy and revenue as well as stability of small businesses through financial education training sessions and one-to-one business coaching in turn creating stronger more knowledgeable entrepreneurs. In addition to serving clients this position is responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with banking institutions community partners and other agency programs to achieve CMCAs mission of building relationships to empower people strengthen resilience and improve quality of life for all members of the community. Pay is $60000.

Job Requirements:

  • Prefer three years of program management and experience training adults.
  • Prefer professional experience in banking small business or related fields.
  • Prefer experience working with or owning small businesses.
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and work functions.
  • Residence within CMCAs service area is preferred.
