Location: Tampa FL
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-time 2 to 3 days per week or Full-time 4 to 5 days per week: Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join our esteemed cosmetic & plastic surgery medical team in Tampa Florida. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to providing exceptional patient care and exhibit proficiency across a range of plastic surgery procedures. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a diverse patient base.
We are looking for surgeons that do face and body procedures. Our most popular are tummy tucks facelifts neck lifts liposuction and breast augmentation
- We typically operate Mon Thurs from 9 to 4. There are some weeks that are less than 4 days a week maybe once a quarter we operate all 5 days. Some days the cases are from 9-12 other days the cases are from 9-5:30. We are looking for someone that can be flexible to this schedule.
- We would be able to guarantee a minimum of 7 hours per day 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures including but not limited to cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their needs and expectations providing expert advice and setting realistic outcomes.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and ensure clear communication with patients regarding procedures risks and post-operative care.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Stay abreast of advancements in the field of plastic surgery and incorporate new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida.
- Proven experience in performing a broad range of plastic surgery procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
