What you get to do:
As the Senior Analyst In-Park Revenue Analytics & Strategy you will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making that impacts revenue performance across our in-park business. You will analyze guest behavior pricing promotions and sales data to identify actionable insights and support revenue optimization strategies across Food & Beverage Retail Ancillary and Zoo operations. Reporting to the Director of In-Park Revenue Analytics & Strategy this is a highly collaborative analytical role focused on turning data into business value.
- Analyze in-park revenue data to identify trends track key performance indicators (e.g. Revenue Per Capita) and provide actionable insights.
- Support the development and refinement of pricing strategies product mix evaluations and promotional effectiveness assessments.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance across revenue streams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance Marketing and Park Operations to support revenue optimization initiatives.
- Contribute to financial modeling forecasting and scenario planning efforts.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in managing vendor tools and systems that support analytics and BI reporting.
- Support data governance and ensure the accuracy consistency and quality of analytics outputs.
What it takes to succeed:
- Bachelors degree required. (Preferred fields: Finance Accounting Business Analytics Data Science or related disciplines.)
- 24 years of experience in analytics revenue management pricing strategy business intelligence or financial planningideally in a consumer-facing industry (e.g. theme parks hospitality retail or entertainment).
- Strong financial and analytical skills including experience with data modeling and scenario analysis.
- Familiarity with pricing promotions and consumer behavior analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL Power BI Excel and other analytical tools; experience with Alteryx is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Understanding of the Theme Park Attractions or Location-Based Entertainment Industry is preferred but not required.
