Nurse Manager Endoscopy

The role of the Nurse Manager of Endoscopy is to provide leadership guidance supervision and support to the team providing gastrointestinal endoscopy services for the Cayuga Health System. Direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles as needed. Manager will participate in and oversee the team that schedules and prepares patients for procedures in close collaboration with the anesthesia and physician care team. Supervision may be exercised over RNs LPNs Endoscopy Technicians and unit Patient Care Assistants. In addition to general nursing care responsibilities of the Nurse Manager include (but are not limited to the following):

Previous Endoscopy experience in required. 1-3 years leadership experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
