Nursery Manager Battersea
Salary: Up to 52000
Were looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day running of a brand-new nursery in Battersea.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident early years leader who thrives in a supportive and professional environment. Youll play a key role in shaping the nurserys culture leading a strong team and ensuring exceptional care and education for every child.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent as recognised by Ofsted)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager with a strong track record of obtaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant safeguarding/health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A warm confident and collaborative leadership style

What Youll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery maintaining high standards in care learning and compliance
- Build and nurture strong relationships with families children and the local community
- Manage and motivate a team of early years educators ensuring excellent practice and professional growth
- Drive the implementation of the EYFS curriculum and create an inspiring learning environment
- Maintain rigorous health safety and safeguarding procedures
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted and all statutory requirements
