Nursery Manager Battersea

Salary: Up to 52000

Were looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day running of a brand-new nursery in Battersea.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident early years leader who thrives in a supportive and professional environment. Youll play a key role in shaping the nurserys culture leading a strong team and ensuring exceptional care and education for every child.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent as recognised by Ofsted)
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Manager with a strong track record of obtaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant safeguarding/health & safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A warm confident and collaborative leadership style

What Youll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery maintaining high standards in care learning and compliance
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with families children and the local community
  • Manage and motivate a team of early years educators ensuring excellent practice and professional growth
  • Drive the implementation of the EYFS curriculum and create an inspiring learning environment
  • Maintain rigorous health safety and safeguarding procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and all statutory requirements
