Your mission
Youre passionate about gaming and bring strong project management skills to the table
Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for experienced Senior Project Managers who not only lead projects but also coach teams and help shape day-to-day operations. In this role youll drive key projects forward support departmental leadership and contribute to the development of internal structures all within the fast-paced world of esports and gaming. This position is based on-site at our Berlin-Spandau headquarters.
Your responsibilities:
Planning managing and completing complex projects
Coordinating teams and resources maintaining project documentation
Coaching & Mentoring: You support your teams professional and personal growth and help foster an open learning-oriented work culture
Developing operational processes and ensuring quality standards
Applying and training others in common PM tools and Agile/Scrum methods
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
Required:
At least 5 years of experience in project management or operational leadership
Proven track record managing large cross-functional projects
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Confident use of standard PM tools and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
Experience coaching and supporting team members
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Jira & Confluence
Experience in process optimization and business operations
Background in agency work gaming or esports
Project management and/or Scrum certifications
