Your mission
Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for experienced and communicative Account Managers who actively shape and grow our client relationships. In this role youll guide our clients through the development and execution of customized gaming and esports strategies from the initial idea to final reporting. Youll serve as the main point of contact and seamlessly coordinate between clients and our internal teams. This position is based on-site at our Berlin-Spandau headquarters.
Management and coordination of client accounts across all project phases
End-to-end support in the development and execution of gaming and esports strategies
Development of creative solutions tailored to specific client marketing objectives
Acting as the central communication link between clients and internal project teams
Preparation of proposals coordination of execution and delivery of project reporting
Monitoring progress and ensuring high-quality on-time and on-budget project delivery
Daily documentation and maintenance of client relationships in the CRM system
Your profile
RequiredSkills:
- You have broad work experience in marketing and/or account management
- You are a self-starter and excellent communicator with a can-do attitude
- You always stay on top of things and adapt quickly to fast-paced environment
- You are a team player collaborative and well-organized
- You are fluent in business English
- Experience in customer care and project management along with agency experience is a definite plus
- You have a strong passion for Gaming and esports
